Welcome to NotedUp. These terms and conditions govern your use of the NotedUp mobile application, our website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using NotedUp, you agree to be bound by these terms.
NotedUp is a notes, tasks, and lists app that helps you organize your thoughts and to-dos. The Service allows you to create and edit notes, build customizable lists, apply colors and styles, and (where available) sync your content across your devices.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NotedUp.
You retain ownership of the notes, lists, and other content you create in NotedUp ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (for example, to sync your data across devices or to back it up).
You agree to use NotedUp only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
NotedUp (including the app name, logo, design, and software) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law or with our written consent.
We strive to keep NotedUp available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the app, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where possible. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that NotedUp will be error-free, secure, or that your data will never be lost. You use the app at your own risk. We recommend keeping important backups outside the app where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of NotedUp. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
